Chris Craft Apache 37' Sailboat

This boat has been on dry dock for about four years and should be considered a project boat, even though you could probably sail it away. The boat has been used for voyages but does not have amenities such as a sink or shower in the head, and the stove/oven has been removed. The ice chest will need some work to be usable.

Recent upgrades include new mast step, galley floor and cockpit floor. Interior wood has been sanded and varnished. Bathroom has been recently repainted. New cushions above and below. The standard tiller was replaced with a wheel by a previous owner. New nav lights, new head/hose/diverter valve.

Many sails included. Current owner has been in possession for nearly 20 years.

Engine is a 1985 Atomic 4, which has been recently serviced but is showing its age.
