J/24 Sailboat 1981 with trailer

1981 J/24 sale boat and trailer. I am not the owner, however, I am selling it for my sister. The boat is in good condition, however, in need of TLC! Some small cosmetic fiberglass work. The boat sailed fine when taken out of commission 10 years ago. It comes with a spinnaker pole, Jib sail, Genoa jib sail, and main sail that is in need of repair. Powered by and 7 1/2 horse power Evinrude long shaft motor. The trailer was custom-made for the boat, once again, in need of repair. It would need tires and rims at least to be removed from location. The boat would be a terrific project or could possibly be used almost as it sits. I am a experienced boater, however, not a sailor. I understand that J boats are very desirable by sailors!
