Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 311 - 2001 Monohull Sailboat currently sailing from Puerto Rico to Florida on a family trip. Two (2) Births, One (1) bathroom, L Shaped Kitchen with Propane Gas Stove. Boat has been outfitted for long distance cruising and our family is ready to move on to new adventures. Engine: Volvopenta 18 HP with excellent maintenance. Electronics: Raymarine Autopilot, wind vane, depth, speed, chart plotter, radar, Radio/CD with four speakers, four (4) 100 watt solar panels, three AGM 31 battery bank, 2,000 Kwatt inverter, Standard Horizon VHF with AIS and remote controller (all equipment less than 3 years old). Safety: Revere Offshore Liferaft (Less than a year old). Anchor: Rocna 15 Kg, 50 feet of Chain, 200 feet of rope and Lofrans Windlass with Remote controller (everything less than a year old). Refrigeration: 12 V freezer and 15,000 Btu Air Conditioner. Sails and Rigging: in good condition with years left of use. Bottom Paint: 8 months ago. The boat is a proven sailing vessel being sailed for the past three years in the Spanish, US, British Virgin Islands and currently from Puerto Rico to Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos and Bahamas and a Final stop in Florida (end of March, 2020) where we expect to hand out to a new sailor looking for an adventure.
