Panasea is a rare OFFSHORE 38 that is incredibly versatile and made by the builder of Fleming yachts.
This OFFSHORE 38 was built in 1987 and was equipped the best the era had to offer. Amazing interior teak, holly and mahogany wood work through out, Twin 275 HP Ford Lehman Turbo Diesels and a Westerbeke generator for example. Since she was purchased by the current owner in 2014 she has had many modern upgrades making her feel as if she was a much newer boat. Examples of modern upgrades include new SIMRAD electronics (including Radar, Auto Helm, Chart Plotter, VHS etc), “fly by wire” engine controls, SIDE POWER bow and stern thrusters, ISOTHERM fridge, alcohol stove and oven (to eliminate LPG on board), batteries, charger, Smart Plugs, diesel furnace, underwater lights, new aft head, new forward head Electrosan unit and the list just goes on……
Seller moving out of country soon and can no longer use regularly.
Panasea has been in fresh water her entire life and has been recently surveyed. The Survey came out with an strong report and the boat was valued in the $160,000 range. She is being offered at $130,000. It would be hard to find a better value!
