2007 Catamaran Cruisers Vagabond

40' houseboat is a great way to get away on weekends or for extended summer stays, at the shore or on the lake. I purchased this boat three years ago in Maryland and actually drove it up the intercoastal to Margate, NJ. The boat has a 2007 Yamaha, 115 hp engine that is in great shape with just about 200 hours on it. I have had it maintained before and after each of the last two seasons that I have had it in the water. It is pulled and stored on dry land for the winter. This past summer, I replaced the electrical panel and all the white (Marine Board) panels on the front and rear decks. The season before, I replaced the hot water heater.

This houseboat has a full bedroom, a full bath, and a fully functional kitchen. It is outfitted for overnight stays on the water with an onboard freshwater tank. My wife, son, dog and have spent many weekends over the past two seasons on this boat in Margate, NJ!

The boat is in great shape and is ready to go. Includes all furniture, except for the white outdoor patio set. All furniture and window coverings are new, within the past two seasons.

Why spend six figures for a water view, when you can live on the water for much less?
