Kids love the “bunk room”, and you can use it as a walk in closet when not in use as a bedroom.

This moves the galley up which allows walking from galley to table and aft cockpit without going up and down stairs.

It also makes the sleeping quarters more private.

VETUS BOW & STERN THRUSTERS WITH REMOTE: (2008)

Dock anywhere with complete confidence and control.
With the remote you can, for example, be on the bow and keep the stern at the dock. Don’t have to be on the fly bridge.

PROSINE INVERTER: (2010)
Allows use of AC powered appliances and equipment while mooring, at anchor or underway way.
Saves using generator.

FRESH WATER FLORIDA BOAT:

This boat has been in fresh water since new, except for 6 months twice (2011, 2012). It is currently docked in Moore Haven, Florida (central Florida) on the Caloosahatchee River (fresh water)

Accomm:
Three stateroom, two head layout with roomy salon, galley, and dinette. Master stateroom is forward with center-line queen size island berth, reading lights, full length dressing mirror, private en-suite head, separate shower with seat and bi-fold acrylic door, and Vacuflush head, lighted cedar-lined closet, flat-screen TV/DVD combo, stereo speakers, air conditioning controls, drawer storage, and overhead hatch with mulit function screen/shade slide.

Port guest stateroom is amidships and provides sleeping for two adults on a 2 singles or full size king
berth, storage cabinet with drawers, in-floor storage, twin berths (convert to double) and lighted
cedar-lined hanging locker with mirrored door. Starboard guest stateroom (bunk room) is also amidships and has a single berth below with “hide-away” upper berth, drawer storage, and
lighted cedar-lined hanging locker.

Guest head is located just ahead of the port stateroom and includes a separate stall shower and
Vacuflush head. Pantry across from guest head and extra storage compartments are conveniently located throughout yacht.

Mechanical Equipment:
Vetus BOW and STERN THRUSTERS with Remote, Lofrans chain windlass w/ foot switches, 2 Remote Dual Racor Fuel Filters, Oil Changing System, Drip-less shafts, Sea Strainers, (2) CruiseAir/Heat, Central Vacuum System, Waste Level Gauge, Hot Water Heater (10 gallons) w/exchanger, 2 water pumps.

Gallery Equipment:
Enter salon area through beautiful stainless steel sliding glass door (heavy and slides easily) from large cockpit. To port aft is a settee with storage beneath and pedestal-mounted cocktail table, Pioneer Premier stereo CD player with flash drive input, central vacuum and electric panel. The dinette is port forward and up two steps for nice views and easy entry/exit.

It has two comfortable bench seats which face forward and aft with a table between. Ideal for watching TV and looking forward while cruising. The ceiling of the “bunk room” provides a large flat shelf in the galley for a TV, internet, storage and other items.
