1980 44’ Marine Trader – Boathouse kept

One of a kind “Bristol” Far Eastern Model Tri Aft Cabin with heavy keel,
original quality craftsmanship, gorgeous wood interior and lots of new
equipment.  Interior salon, galley and bunks are pristine and extremely
livable.  Salon offers plenty of space and allows for entertaining.
Wood, floors and ceilings are clean and ballroom perfect.  Double cabins
with two heads inclusive of full showers/tubs.  Sleeps 6.  Galley is
perfect for preparing meals and storing supplies.  Décor boasts a
nautical theme, style and comfort; and features custom seafaring
treatments of cabins and windows.

Economical twin Ford Lehman 120 HP diesels with 5570 hours.  Heat
exchangers and coolers have been replaced.  American diesel system
updates installed.  Engines have been surveyed and are in like-new
condition.  Refreshed Borg Warner velvet drives.  Northern Lights 8kw
Gen Set with just 2790 hours.  New exhaust on the engines all the way to
the transom.  New 20 gal stainless steel hot water heater with copper
plumbing and heat exchanger.  New stainless steel custom-made 40 gal
holding tank. Two (2) new (2011) 8D batteries.  600 gal capacity fuel
system; 300 gal fresh-water supply.  Electric pump for in-line oil
changing for both engines and Gen Set. Two (salon and main cabin)
reverse cycle AC/heat systems.  CETREK auto pilot system at upper and
lower stations; radar compatible.  40 amp True Charge
microprocessor-controlled battery charger.  Two (2) Garmin 210 GPS
systems and Garmin 492 GPS map plotter.  Dual Data Marine depth finder.
ICOM VHS at upper and lower stations. Carbon monoxide Aqua Meter System
and smoke alarm.  Dual station Kenwood stereo radio system.  New
Norcold refrigerator/freezer (12v DC-110v AC); new microwave; new
Princess three burner propane stove with oven; and new
television/antenna; U-line ice maker.

Fully enclosed and spacious flybridge provides comfortable seating for
ten people, featuring carpet and new white vinyl cushions.  New upper
canvas is leak and rip-free.  Upper C75 Standard Communications hailing
system; B&G Network Quad.

Like-new 1.75” shafts; 4 blade N/B props.  Two (2) new Shakespeare
antennas; new stainless steel electric mast crane to raise/lower new
custom-made aluminum mast.   New rear teak swim platform just installed.
Bottom stripped and barrier coated in 2007; blue upper stripes freshly
painted.  Bruce anchors w/200’ of 3/8” galvanized chain.  Bombard 9’
Typhoon inflatable dingy w/cover and 4 HP Yamaha outboard motor; propane
grill attached on aft deck rail. Exterior woodwork is recently
refinished.  Complete exterior door/window screens and canvas.  Spare
set of props and other miscellaneous engine parts.

Yacht is being offered due to lack of use only.  Great live aboard
vessel, ready to sail you to your paradise.
