Last and longest boat ever designed by Ed Monk, famous naval architect from the PNW. Built from Port Orford Cedar planks and completely refurbished by the best shipwright in Seattle. Engine –This rugged vessel was owned and maintained by an Oregon Lumber Baron, and then by Oregon State University where it was used for Whale Research on the Pacific Coast. Decks are solid teak. It has two complete propulsion systems. The main system is a Detroit 12V71 driving the main shaft, the auxiliary propulsion system is a Hercules powering a Muncie out-drive. It has three separate generator sets, 2 large staterooms, 2 heads, and is completely rebuilt. Hull is Alaska Cedar over Oak. Tankage — Fuel 1,500 gallons — Water 700 gallons. Overall the spacious staterooms, helm, galley and cabin areas offer 6 foot 3 inch headroom and the entire interior stays warm and comfortable with all electric heat.
